We quote on request rather than publish prices. Import duty and stock levels both move, so a printed price would be out of date within weeks. Tell us the machine or the room you are equipping and we will come back with current pricing, including delivery and installation.

Yes, in all seven provinces. Our own team delivers, assembles, levels and test runs every machine on site, and shows you how it works before leaving. Distance does not change the standard.

Treadmills carry three years for household use and the walking pad carries two. Commercial use periods are different and terms and conditions apply. Genuine spare parts are held in Kathmandu, and servicing is handled by our own team rather than a subcontractor.

Yes. Dreamy World is both the brand and the importer. The machines are built to our specification by the factories we work with directly, which is what makes the warranty enforceable and the spare parts fit first time.

Yes. Every treadmill we sell runs on standard 230V single-phase mains. For the higher-powered machines we recommend a dedicated socket, and where the voltage swings we will tell you to budget for a stabiliser. We go through this with you at installation.

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We plan the layout, choose and supply the equipment, deliver and install it, and look after it afterwards. The process is the same for a spare room at home as for a commercial fitness centre.
