Wherever you are in Nepal, the same team delivers it, installs it and looks after it.
We are based in Kathmandu and deliver across the whole country: the Valley, Pokhara and Gandaki, the Terai, and every province in between. Distance does not change the standard. Your machine is assembled, levelled and test run on site, and the same team is still reachable long after the van has gone.

How do I get a price?
Call or email with the model or the setup you have in mind, and we will send current pricing with delivery included. Import duty and stock levels both move, so we quote live rather than publish a fixed number that would already be wrong by the time you read it.
Can I visit the showroom?
Yes, and you are welcome to. The showroom is in Kalanki, Kathmandu, and we are open six days a week, Sunday to Friday. The exact address and hours are in the Showroom card above. Come and see the range in person, and we can talk through what suits your space.
Which number should I call?
It depends what you need. The sales line handles new enquiries and pricing. The service line handles repairs and spare parts for something you already own. Dreamy World Toys has its own line for ride-ons, prams and baby gear. All of them are listed above, and every one of them is on WhatsApp.
Which areas do you deliver to?
All seven provinces. Kathmandu, Pokhara, the Terai and everywhere in between. Every machine is delivered, assembled and test run on site by our own team.
Can you help me choose the right one?
That is most of what we do. Tell us the space, the budget, and who will be using it, and we will recommend a product or a full fit-out. If the honest answer is something cheaper than the one you asked about, that is the answer you will get.
How quickly do you reply?
We aim to answer every enquiry within two business days. If something you bought from us has a fault, call rather than email and we will prioritise it.
What languages can I contact you in?
Nepali, English or Hindi. Write or call in whichever is easiest for you.
